Zirraw is a personal money-journal and record-keeping application published under the name Zirraw Labs. By using Zirraw, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or its cloud services.
Eligibility
Zirraw is intended for adults age 18 and over for its initial public release. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Zirraw is permitted where you live.
Personal record-keeping only
Zirraw helps you record and review information that you enter. You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries, the backups you keep and the decisions you make using information shown in the app.
Not a bank or financial adviser
Zirraw does not hold or transfer money, provide bank accounts, issue payment cards, provide loans, execute investments, offer brokerage services or provide personalized financial advice. Summaries, insights and AI output are provided for personal record-keeping and informational purposes and may contain errors.
License and acceptable use
Subject to these terms, Zirraw grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the app for lawful personal purposes. You may not abuse, disrupt or attempt to bypass security or rate limits, use cloud services unlawfully, probe protected server infrastructure, or use Zirraw in a way that infringes the rights of others.
Your data, exports and backups
You retain responsibility for the information you enter into Zirraw. The main ledger is local-first. You are responsible for creating and safely storing backups before replacing, resetting or losing access to a device. Readable exports may contain sensitive financial information and should be stored carefully. Files you export to another service are also subject to that service's terms and privacy practices.
Cloud features
Cloud AI is optional and can be turned on or off anytime in Settings. While it is on, the request you are making and limited context needed to understand it may be processed by Zirraw's service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Do not submit credentials, payment-card secrets, unlawful content, or information you are not authorized to process.
Third-party services
Zirraw may rely on third-party platforms and service providers for cloud processing, distribution, device capabilities and infrastructure. Their availability and terms can change independently of Zirraw. Where applicable, your use of those services may also be subject to their own terms.
Availability and changes
Zirraw may change, improve, remove or replace features over time. We may suspend a cloud feature when necessary for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, provider availability or legal compliance. We aim to keep Zirraw reliable, but uninterrupted availability, perfect accuracy and error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
No warranty
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zirraw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties that go beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zirraw Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of Zirraw, including losses caused by inaccurate entries, lost devices, deleted local data, failed backups, third-party service interruptions or reliance on AI output. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Zirraw at any time. Access to cloud services may be limited or suspended for abuse, security threats, attempts to evade quotas, unlawful use or other material violations of these terms. Local data controls available in the app are described in the Data Deletion page.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when Zirraw, its providers or applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page will be updated when the terms are revised. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means the updated terms apply to future use, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived.
