Delete data while the app is installed
- Open Zirraw.
- Open Settings.
- Go to Privacy & deletion.
- Use Erase local data to remove the local journal and app-held recovery/cache copies.
- If Settings shows Delete Cloud AI connection, use it to delete the anonymous Supabase identity and its associated AI quota records.
Important: local erasure is intended to be destructive. Create a backup first if you may want the journal later.
Delete files outside Zirraw
Backup or export files that you saved to another folder, cloud drive, messaging app or other destination are outside Zirraw's private storage. Delete those copies from the destination where you saved them.
If you no longer have the app
Zirraw does not currently provide a normal email/password/phone user account. Cloud AI uses an anonymous connection, not an account. If the app has been uninstalled and its local identity is gone, Zirraw Labs may be unable to identify which anonymous cloud identity belonged to you.
If you still need help, contact support and explain that your request relates to Zirraw data deletion. Do not send financial records or credentials by email.
